For a more comfortable stay, request a room away from the disco club if you're sensitive to noise on weekends.

The great and good location was 4-6 minutes walking distance from a minor basilica. The breakfast served was healthy and excellent, everything you could wish for, with fruits, french toast and fresh juices.

The lack of water from 9 pm to 5 am was nothing short of absurd. Freshening up was impossible, yet the staff lacked urgency in fixing issues. No complimentary gesture for my troubles. I'm not sure what kind of guests they expect, but clearly, it isn't discerning ones.

The stay was centered around exploring the Sacred Valley of the Incas and other cultural spots. I was impressed by how the hotel prepared breakfast boxes for our early activities, which included delicious made-to-order eggs and French toast. The location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions like the Plaza de Armas and ChocoMuseo, and the strong shower in the room was a nice way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Really good staff, providing personalized service that was like family care. Breakfast was a good experience, with a wide selection including tasty dishes and early breakfast options for early tours. Noise from the nearby clubs impacted the comfort of my nights, and at times, the water supply was inadequate, frustrating.

Just a good match for a weekend in Cusco with real value for money. The staff were very friendly and packed us breakfast-to-go for our early excursion, really handy. Make sure to ask for a fan if your room needs ventilation.

The breakfast was very nice! They loved the variety, especially the fresh juices. The staff was attentive and even packed us breakfast-to-go for our early excursion. A cozy spot just a short walk from the main plaza.
In my wife's opinion, there were some noisy areas. A quieter room setup would have been better for families with kids.

The breakfast was a standout experience! I enjoyed fresh fruits and delicious made-to-order eggs every morning, a real treat after climbing the stairs around the area.
The price wasn't exactly a bargain, though it was tolerable.
